摘要
目的 :考察乳癖贴对动物皮肤的毒性作用。方法 :采用健康家兔进行皮肤急性毒性试验 ;健康家兔进行皮肤刺激性试验 ;健康豚鼠进行皮肤过敏试验。结果 :乳癖贴对家兔完整皮肤和破损皮肤无皮肤急性吸收毒性 ,对家兔完整皮肤和破损皮肤无刺激性 ,对豚鼠完整皮肤无致敏作用。结论 :乳癖贴是比较安全的皮肤用药。
Objective:To investigate the toxicity effect of Rupitie ointment on skin of animals.Methods:Acute skin toxicity and skin irritation tests were carried out on good health rabbit.The skin hypersensitive test was carried out on health guinea pig.Results:Pupitie ointment showed no acute toxicity no irritation on the integral or damaged skin of rabbit.Hypersensitive effect to the skin of guinea pig was not found.Conclusions:It is safe by using Rupitie ointment to treat herpes simplex and herpes zoster of skin.
