摘要
目的:研究复乐霜对动物皮肤的毒性作用。方法:采用健康大白鼠进行皮肤急性毒性试验,用健康家兔进行皮肤刺激性试验,用健康豚鼠进行皮肤过敏试验。结果:复乐霜对大鼠完整皮肤及破损皮肤无皮肤急性吸收毒性,对家兔完整皮肤和破损皮肤无刺激性,对豚鼠完整皮肤无致敏作用。结论:复乐霜用于治疗湿疹是较安全的。
Objective：To study toxicity of Fute cream in the skin of animals.Methods：The cutaneous acute toxicity experiment was performed on the skin of healthy rats,the skin irritation experiment was performed on the skin of rabbits.the cutaneous hypersensitivity experiment was performed on the skin of guinea pig skinResults：Fule cream had no acute absorbed toxicity to the intact or damaged skin of rats,had no irritation tc the intact or damage skin of rabbits,and had no hypersensitive effects on the intact skin of guinea pig.Conelusion：It is safe to use Fule cream which can treat the cutaneous eczema.
