摘要
目的制定乳结平颗粒(淫羊藿、赤芍等)质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对处方中的淫羊藿、赤芍进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对赤芍中的芍药苷进行含量测定。结果芍药苷在0.592～4.998μg线形关系良好,r=0.9998,平均回收率为99.15%,相对标准差为2.55%。结论该方法可准确地进行定性鉴别和定量分析,并能有效地控制其制剂的质量。
Objective To establish the quality control for Rujieping Granules（ Herba Epimedii, Radix Paeoniae Rubra, etc. ）. Methods Herba Epimedii and Radix Paeoniae Rubra were identified by thin layer chromatography, and the content of paeoniflorin in Radix Paeoniae Rubra was determined by high preformance liquid chromatography. Results Paeoniflorin showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0. 592 - 4. 998txg, r = 0. 999 8, The average recovery was 99. 15% , and relative standard deviation （RSD） was 2.55%. Conclusion The method is accurate and reliable, and can be used to control the quality of Rujieping granules effectively.
