摘要
目的用高效液相色谱法测定复方穿心莲片中脱水穿心莲内酯的含量。方法采用Dia-monsilC18柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-水((52∶48)为流动相;流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长:250nm。结果脱水穿心莲内酯的线性范围为0.036～0.328μg,r=0.9998;本品平均回收率为100.04%,RSD值为0.11%。结论本法简便、灵敏、准确。
Objective To determine the content of dehydroandrographolide in Fufangchuanxinlian Tablet by HPLC. Methods The chromatographic column was Diamonisl Ci8 column （200 minx4.6 ram, 5μm）, the moving phase was methanol-water （52：48）, the detection wavelength was 250 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results The good linear range of dehydroandrographolide was 0.036-0.328μg, r = 0.999 8. The average recovery was 100.04%, the RSD was 0.11%. Conclusion The metheod is simple, sensitive and aecurte.
