摘要
建立用高效液相色谱法测定复方穿心莲片中穿心莲内酯的含量。以甲醇-水(52∶48)为流动相;流速为:1.0mL/min;检测波长为230nm;线性范围为0.086～0.778μg,r=0.9997。本品的平均回收率为99.93%,RSD为0.75%。本法简便、灵敏、准确。
A method by HPLC for the content determination of Andrographolide of Fu Fang Chuan Xin Lian pian was developed. A Diamonsil C 18 column was used with mobile phase of methanol-water （52 ： 48） ,the detection wavelength was 230nm, the rate was 1.0mL/min.The good liner rang was within 0.086- 0.778μg, r=0.9997.The average recovery was99.93% ＆ RSD was 0.75%.the metheod is simple,sensitive and accurte.
