摘要
针对舰船空气净化处理的需求,设计错流陶瓷膜过滤系统,以氧化铝和淀粉为主要原料,加入适量水和反凝剂,通过陶瓷膜粉体浆料配制及注浆成型,制造出适合空气净化的陶瓷膜材料;对原理样机开展主要性能测试,测试结果表明,错流陶瓷膜过滤系统过滤效果可以满足设计要求。错流陶瓷膜过滤系统可以适用于舰船空气的连续净化。
According to the exposure air purification of warships, the cross-flow ceramic membrane filtration system was de- signed. The Alumina and starch were used as the main raw material, adding appropriate water and coagulant, by the ceramic membrane powder slurry configuration and injection molding, the ceramic membrane material suitable for purification of exposure air was manufactured. The main performance test was carried out on the principle prototype. The test results show that the filter effect of Cross-flow ceramic membrane filtration system can meet the design requirements. The cross-flow ceramic membrane fil- tration system can be applied to the continuous protection of pollutants.
