陶瓷膜过滤装置处理焦化含油废水的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对某炼油厂的焦化含油废水,采用陶瓷膜过滤装置进行动态膜分离试验研究,考察了膜孔径、操作压力和膜再生性能等因素对除油效果的影响,优化工艺条件为膜孔径1μm,操作压力0.20 MPa,反冲洗频次为每48 h反冲洗1次,此时陶瓷膜过滤装置具有较好的除油效果,出水中油的质量浓度不大于20 mg/L,除油率大于94%,实现了含油废水的深度净化处理。陶瓷膜在处理废水过程中,能够保持相对较高的膜通量和除油率,经过反冲洗后,其膜通量基本上得到恢复,具有良好的膜再生性能。采用陶瓷膜处理含油废水具有明显优势,可用于实际工程中。 Taking coking oily wastewater from a refinery as the research object,a dynamic membrane separation experiment was carried out using ceramic membrane filtration device,the effect of membrane pore size,operation pressure,membrane regeneration performance and some other factors on oil removal were investigated.Under the optimal process condition that,the membrane pore size was 1μm,the operation pressure was 0.20 MPa,the backwash frequency was once every 48 hours,the oil removal efficiency of the ceramic membrane filtration device was good,the oil content in the effluent water was not above 20 mg/L,the oil removal rate was over 94%,which realized deep purification of oily wastewater.During the wastewater treatment process,the ceramic membrane could maintain relatively high membrane flux and oil removal rate,through the backwash,the membrane flux was basically recovered,good membrane regeneration performance was obtained.Using ceramic membrane to treat oily wastewater has obvious advantages and can be used in practical engineering.
