摘要
针对海上低渗油田注水水质不达标问题,通过理论分析和室内实验的方法 ,从储层伤害机理、固相颗粒浓度、粒径中值、含油量和配伍性等方面开展了注水水质对储层影响的实验研究,并依据企业标准对渤中25油田的水质控制指标进行了优化设计。研究结果表明,水质伤害储层的重点在悬浮固体含量、粒径中值和含油量,当二者共存时将加重伤害程度;为最大限度地降低伤害程度,优化设计渤中25油田的有效注水水质控制指标为:悬浮颗粒粒径中值为1~2μm,悬浮颗粒质量浓度为1~3 mg/L,含油为5~10 mg/L,伤害率控制在20%~40%,实现低渗油田的有效注水开发。
Aiming at the problems that the water quality of injection water in offshore low-permeability oil fields could not reach the standard, the experimental research on the influences of water quality of injection water on reservoir beds has been implemented, in aspects of damage mechanisms, concentration of solid particles, particle size median, oil content and compatibility, etc., through theoretical analysis and indoor tests. The water quality control indexes of Bozhong 25 Oilfield are optimized and designed, according to the enterprise standard. The research results show that the emphasis of the water quality damage reservoir is on the suspended solid content, particle size median and oil content. When two of them coexist, the extent of damage will be aggravated. In order to reduce the extent of damage as much as possible, the effective control indexes of water quality of injection water optimized in Bozhong 25 Oilfield are as follows : suspended particle size median is 1-2 μm, suspended particle mass concentration 1-3 mg/L, oil con- tent 5-10 mg/L, and controlled damage rate 20%-40%. As a result, the effective injection of water in low-permeabil-ity oil fields can be realized.
