摘要
研究了陶瓷微滤膜分离法浓缩洗毛废水回收羊毛脂的工艺条件 ,考察了错流速度、过膜压力、过滤温度、反冲条件对过滤效果的影响 ,确定最佳工艺条件为 :错流速度 4m/s,过滤温度 60℃ ,过膜压力 0 2MPa,反冲周期 1 0min ,在此条件下滤液通量可达 1 80L/ (m2 ·h) ,滤液中的羊毛脂含量为 1 5 0mg/L ,羊毛脂回收率可达到 98% .
A new method for the recovery of lanolin from wool scouring water by ceramic membranes was studied.The effects of the cross-flow velocity,trans-membrane pressure,temperature,back-wash condition on separation were discussed.The preferred conditions are:the cross-flow velocity 4 m/s,temperature 60 ℃,trans-membrane pressure 0.2 MPa,back-wash cycle 10 min,at that condition the lanolin content in filtrate was only 150 mg/L and the recycle ratio of lanolin was over 98%.
