摘要
目的通过对照研究观察血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)和白细胞介素-17A(IL-17A)在小儿肺炎支原体(MP)肺炎(MPP)伴喘息患儿中的表达及临床意义。方法以甘肃医学院附属医院2015年6月-2016年6月间收治的支气管肺炎患儿112例为研究对象,根据病况不同分为MPP伴喘息组(30例),MPP无喘息组(46例),非MPP组(36例),并以健康体检儿童30例为对照组。采用ELISA检测各组血清sICAM-1和IL-17A水平,采用化学发光免疫分析法检测血清总免疫球蛋白(TIg E)水平。结果 MPP伴喘息组、MPP无喘息组的sICAM-1水平显著高于非MPP组;在MPP患儿中,MPP伴喘息组血清sICAM-1水平高于MPP无喘息组(P<0.05);MPP伴喘息组、MPP无喘息组、非MPP组IL-17A水平均较正常对照组升高(P<0.05)。结论 sICAM-1在MPP患儿尤其是伴喘息患儿血清中水平明显升高,且MPP伴喘息患儿血清sICAM-1水平与TIg E呈正相关关系,提示sICAM-1可能在MPP伴喘息患儿的病程中起着重要作用。
Objective To observe the expressions and clinical significance of serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1( sICAM-1) and interleukin-17A( IL-17A) in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae( MP) pneumonia( MPP) complicated with wheezing. Methods A total of 112 children with MPP treated in Affilaited Hospital of Gansu Medical College from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected and divided into MPP and wheezing group( 30 children),MPP group( 46 children),non-MPP group( 36 children); thirty healthy children were selected as control group. ELISA was used to detect the levels of serum sICAM-1 and IL-17 A in the four groups.Chemiluminescence immunoassay was used to detect the levels of serum total Ig E( TIg E) in the four groups. Results The levels of serum sICAM-1 in MPP and wheezing group and MPP group were statistically significantly higher than that in non-MPP group. Among the children with MPP,the level of serum sICAM-1 in MPP and wheezing group was statistically significantly higher than that in MPP group( P〈0. 05). The levels of serum IL-17 A in MPP and wheezing group,MPP group,and non-MPP group were statistically significantly higher than that in control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The level of serum sICAM-1 increases significantly in children with MPP,especially among the children complicated with wheezing,serum sICAM-1 level is positively correlated with TIg E in children with MPP complicated with wheezing,which indicates that sICAM-1 may be play an important role in the course of disease among children with MPP complicated with wheezing.
