含铝聚碳硅烷的制备及其性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了改良前驱体转化法所制备的碳化硅陶瓷的耐高温性能,通过乙酰丙酮铝和聚碳硅烷之间的反应,将铝引入聚碳硅烷,制备了含铝聚碳硅烷,并研究了聚碳硅烷的陶瓷产率.通过红外光谱对产物的结构进行了表征,采用热失重分析测定了产物的耐热性,讨论了乙酰丙酮铝与聚碳硅烷的反应工艺以及陶瓷产率.研究结果表明:最佳的反应物配比是乙酰丙酮铝的质量分数w为聚碳硅烷的10%,反应时间为6h,反应温度300℃.聚碳硅烷的分解温度从350℃提升到了550℃;陶瓷产率由88.24%提高到92.37%. Aluminum-containing polycarbosilane is prepared by reflux condensation reaction of aluminum acetylacetonate and polycarbosilane(PCS), in which aluminum is introduced as side chains, to improve silicon carbide ceramic from preceramic polymer pyrolysis. The yield of ceramic from PCS is also researched. The molecular structure and the heat resistance are investigated by infrared spectrometer and thermogravimetry, respectively. The results show. The optimal ratio of AI(AcAc)3 ω is 10 % of PCS, the optimal reaction time is 10 h,and the best reaction temperature is 300 ℃;The decomposition temperature of PCS is increased from 350 ℃ to 550℃ ;The yield of ceramic is increased from 88.24% to 92.37%.
