摘要
以二官能度和三官能度复合聚醚多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯以及添加剂为原料合成了防水单组分聚氨酯。实验结果表明,二官能度和三官能度聚醚质量比为3.5/1.0～4.0/1.0,采用甲苯二异氰酸酯,-NCO质量分数控制在4%,增塑剂质量分数为5%,反应体系水分质量分数控制在0.05%以下,制备的防水单组分聚氨酯胶膜性能优异。
The waterproof single component films were prepared by combined polyether of diol and triol, toluene diisocyanate and additives. The results showed that when the weight ratio of polyether diol to polyether triol was 3.5/ 1.0 -4.0/1.0 ,the percentage of NCO group in prepolymer was 4% by weight, the amount of additives in coatings were 5% by weight and the moisture percentage in polymerization system was controlled under 0.05% by weight, the properties of the waterproof single component polyurethane films were excellent.
