摘要
目的分析比较股骨颈骨折经全髋关节置换与骨折内固定术治疗的效果。方法随机选择2015年9月—2016年9月在本院接受治疗的股骨颈骨折患者76例参与研究,随机平均分成2组,置换组利用全髋关节置换治疗,内固定组选择骨折内固定术治疗,比较两组效果。结果全髋关节置换的髋关节功能优于骨折内固定术,术后卧床时间为(18.30±2.05)d,优于内固定组(48.37±5.62)d。结论股骨颈骨折应用全髋关节置换治疗的远期效果要明显优于骨折内固定术,能够缩短术后卧床时间。
Objective To analyze and compare the effects of total hip replacement and internal fixation on fracture of neck of femur. Methods 76 patients with femoral neck fracture treated in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were randomly selected to participate in the study, randomly divided into 2 groups, the replacement group was treated with total hip replacement, the internal fixation group was treated with fracture fixation, the two groups were compared. Results The hip joint function of total hip replacement was better than that of fracture fixation, and the postoperative bed rest time was （18.30±2.05） d, the internal fixation group was （48.37±5.62） d. Conclusion The long-term effect of total hip replacement for femoral neck fracture is better than that of internal fixation, and it can shorten the time of bed rest.
