摘要
目的分析后路手术内固定治疗脊柱骨折患者对其胸腰段脊柱骨折复位的影响效果。方法随机选择2014年10月—2016年10月在该院接受治疗的脊柱骨折患者48例参与研究,平均分成观察组24例和对照组24例,实施不同治疗,比较两组效果。结果观察组治疗后的椎体前缘高度、椎体后缘高度、Cobb's角分别为(95.13±9.43)%、(96.43±10.52)%、(5.03±1.06)°,均优于对照组(75.82±6.25)%、(78.16±6.14)%、(7.10±2.51)°(P<0.05);观察组脊髓神经功能为E级的患者有54.17%,对照组为25.00%(P<0.05)。结论脊柱骨折患者应用后路手术内固定治疗能够促进胸腰段脊柱骨折良好复位,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the influence of posterior surgery internal fixation on thoracolumbar spinal fracture reduction of patients with spinal fracture.Methods Randomly selected from October 2014 to October 2016 in our hospital for treatment of 48 cases of spinal fracture patients involved in the study,the average was divided into the observation group of24 cases and the control group of 24 cases,the implementation of different treatment,compared the effect of the two groups.Results The observation group after treatment of anterior vertebral height,vertebral height,s angle Cobb respectively(95.13±9.43)% and(96.43±10.52)% and(5.03±1.06) degrees were better than the control group(75.82±6.25)% and(78.16± 6.14)%and(7.10±2.51) degrees(P<0.05);observation group of spinal cord nerve function for E patients with grade 54.17%,25.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying posterior surgery internal fixation to treat the patients with spinal fracture can promote horacolumbar spinal fracture reduction,which is worthy of promotion.
