摘要
目的探讨带锁髓内钉治疗四肢创伤骨折后骨不连的临床效果,并对有效率进行分析。方法选择我院自2017年2月-2019年2月期间收治的急四肢创伤骨折后骨不连患者100例,按照奇偶数分组法将其分成加压钢板固定组与带锁髓内钉治疗组,加压钢板固定组采取动力加压钢板固定的治疗方式,带锁髓内钉治疗组选择带锁髓内钉方式对患者进行治疗,观察并对比加压钢板固定组与带锁髓内钉治疗组治疗的临床效果。结果通过对加压钢板固定组与带锁髓内钉治疗组患者施以不同的治疗方法可知,带锁髓内钉治疗组患者治疗总有效率为94.00%,明显优于加压钢板固定组的72.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,带锁髓内钉治疗组患者术后并发症发生率为4.00%,明显低于加压钢板固定组的18.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论带锁髓内钉治疗四肢创伤骨折后骨不连的临床疗效显著,能够改善患者肢体功能,降低患者术后并发症的发生率。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of nonunion after limb traumatic fracture,and to analyze the effective rate.Methods 100 patients with nonunion after acute limb traumatic fracture admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were divided into compression plate fixation group and interlocking intramedullary nail treatment group according to odd-even number grouping method.The compression plate fixation group adopted dynamic compression plate fixation,and the interlocking intramedullary nail treatment group selected interlocking intramedullary nail to treat the patients.The clinical effects of compression plate fixation group and interlocking intramedullary nail treatment group were observed and compared.Results By applying different treatment methods to the patients in the compression plate fixation group and the locked intramedullary nail treatment group,it can be seen that the total effective rate of the patients in the locked intramedullary nail treatment group is 94%,which is obviously better than 72.00%of the compression plate fixation group,with significant difference and statistical significance(P<0.05);At the same time,the incidence of postoperative complications in the interlocking intramedullary nail treatment group was 4.00%,significantly lower than that in the compression plate fixation group of 18.00%,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Interlocking intramedullary nail has a significant clinical effect on nonunion after traumatic fracture of limbs.It can improve the limb function of patients and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
