四肢长管骨创伤骨折实施髓内钉固定技术的疗效分析

摘要 探讨了以髓内钉固定术治疗四肢长管骨创伤骨折,对骨折愈合及肢体功能的影响。选择郯城县第一人民医院于2021年1月-2022年12月收治的100例四肢长管骨创伤骨折患者作为研究对象,以随机信封法进行分组,将50例接受传统钢板内固定术治疗者设为对照组,另一组设为观察组,患者总数为50例,治疗方案为髓内钉内固定术,对比两组治疗效果。结果显示,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,并发症率低于对照组,手术用时、术中失血量均少于对照组,骨折愈合时间以及住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,以髓内钉固定术治疗四肢长管骨创伤骨折,可缩短患者治疗时间,减少术中出血量及降低术后疼痛度,还能起到改善患者肢体功能及缩短骨折愈合时间的作用,有利于促进其术后尽快恢复,整体借鉴价值较高。 This paper explored the effect of intramedullary nail fixation on the healing of long bone trauma fractures in the limbs and limb function.100 patients with long bone trauma fractures of the limbs admitted to The First People's Hospital ofTancheng from November 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.Randomized envelope method was used to group 50 patients who received traditional steel plate internal fixation as the control group and another group as the observation group.The total number of patients was 50,and the treatment plan was intramedullary nail internal fixation.The effectiveness of the treatment was compared.The results showed that the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the complication rate was lower than that in the control group.The time spent and intraoperative blood loss were less than those in the control group,and the fracture healing time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Research has shown that using intramedullary nail fixation for the treatment of long bone trauma fractures in the limbs can shorten the patient's treatment time,reduce intraoperative bleeding and postoperative pain.It can also improve the patient's limb function and shorten the fracture healing time,which is beneficial for promoting their postoperative recovery as.soon as possible,and has high overall reference value.
