摘要
目的探讨老年股骨粗隆间骨折应用人工髋关节置换术治疗的效果.方法研究对象为城步苗族自治县中医医院收治的66例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者,收治时间段为2018年5月-2021年5月,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组33例,观察组、对照组分别采用人工髋关节置换术和髓内钉内固定术治疗,比较两组疗效.结果观察组的各项手术指标(手术时间、骨折愈合时间、术中出血量、住院时间)均优于对照组(P<0.05).术后3个月、6个月,观察组Harris髋关节功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组并发症发生率为6.06%,低于对照组的33.33%(P<0.05).结论老年股骨粗隆间骨折行人工髋关节置换术治疗,疗效确切,安全性高.
Objective To explore the effect of artificial hip replacement for intertrochanteric fracture of femur in the elderly.Methods The subjects were 66 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur admitted to our hospital.The treatment period was from May 2018 to May 2021.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The observation group and the control group were treated with artificial hip replacement and intramedullary nail fixation respectively,which were more effective than the two groups.Results The operation indexes(operation time,fracture healing time,intraoperative bleeding,hospitalization time)of the observation group were better than control group(P<0.05).Harris hip function score in the observation group was higher than control group at 3 and 6 months after operation(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was 6.06%,lower than control group(33.33%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The artificial hip arthroplasty is effective and safe in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly.
