摘要
师范生师德培养的实效,不仅关系到教师个体的专业成长和我国教师队伍的素质提升,更关系到我国科教兴国战略和人才强国战略的有效落实。网络时代背景下,师范生师德培育所面临的职业认同、价值判断、网络舆情等一系列现实拷问,可以尝试以师范生网络意见领袖为抓手,从三个方面开展高校师范生师德培育的新尝试:一是抓住"关键少数",开展师范生网络意见领袖队伍的建设;二是紧跟网络舆情发展态势,抓住师范生师德教育的时效性;三是利用网络语言的优势,实现师范生师德教育的话语转型。
The effectiveness ol normal majors’ morality training is not only related to the professional growth ol teachers and the promotion ol their quality in our country, but also related to the effective implementation ol the strategy ol rejuvenating the country by science and education and the strategy ol strengthening country by talents. Under the background ol network era, in view ol a series ol practical problems that normal college students are la-cing such as prolessional identity, value judgment, network public opinion and so on, we can try to take network o-pinion leaders ol normal majors as the starting point, cultivate their morality lrom three aspects ： the lirst is to locus on the ＂key minority＂ to carry out the construction ol team ol normal majors’ network opinion leaders; the second is to keep up with the development trend ol public opinions ol the network to improve the ellectiveness ol teachers’ morality education; the third is to make use ol the advantages ol network language to achieve the translormation ol discourse lor normal majors’ moral education.
