摘要
案例教学法借助鲜活案例所给定和创设的情境,让理论与实践有机融合,提高了学生分析和解决问题的能力。在对案例教学法的特点及作用阐述基础上,对案例教学法在高职管理学教学应用中存在的问题进行了剖析,诸如在教学应用中该教法存在学生参与的积极性不高、针对性强的案例匮乏以及尚有一些教师的素质不能适应案例教学等问题进行剖析,进而提出完善案例教学的组织过程、注重案例教学的设计与选编和实习实训基地本地化等相关对策,以期提高案例教学在高职管理学教学中的效果,深化和丰富案例教学的应用。
With the help of vivid cases and setting, case teaching combines theory with practice organically and improves the students' ability to analyze and solve problems. On the basis of expounding characteristics and functions of the case teaching, the author also analyzes problems in the application of the case teaching in management of higher vocational education, such as lack of students' enthusiasm in participating, lack of targeted cases and teachers' lack of competiveness to adapt to the case teaching. Then the author puts forward the following countermeasure:including improving the organization of case teaching process, focusing on case design and selection and localization of training bases, etc., in order to improve teaching effect of case in management teaching in higher vocational education,and deepen and enrich the application of case teaching.
