摘要
为了使各项参数满足水电站水力过渡过程中调节保证计算的要求,选择合理的水轮机导叶启闭规律至关重要,合理的启闭规律不仅能使水电站安全稳定地运行,而且也更加经济可靠。结合某水电站工程实例,采用特征线计算方法,借助于过渡过程计算软件,对水锤的压力波动和调压室的涌浪波动进行联合计算。计算结果表明,开启时间选择临界值30 s,关闭规律选择两段折线关闭时,能有效地使蜗壳末端压力、机组转速升高率以及调压室的涌浪水位等参数满足控制标准。该结果可为合理地选择导叶启闭规律提供重要的依据。
In order to make the parameters meet the requirement of regulation and guarantee calculation in the hydraulic transi- tion process of hydropower stations, it is very important to select a reasonable opening and closing rule of turbine guide vanes for ensuring the safe, stable, economical and reliable operation of hydropower stations. Based on the example of a hydropower sta- tion, the method of characteristic line is used to calculate the pressure fluctuation of the water hammer and the surging fluctuation in the surge chamber through the transition process calculation software. The results show that selecting the critical value 30 s of the opening time and the two fold line of closing rule can make the parameters such as the pressure of the' volute end , the in- crease rate of unit speed and surge water level of the surge chamber meet the control standard. The results provide an important basis for rational selection of guide vane opening and closing rule.
