摘要
绩溪抽水蓄能电站额定水头600m,总装机容量1 800MW。输水系统共分3个独立水力单元,总长2 823.5m,设置上游、下游双调压室。采用数值模拟的方法及机组模型转轮特性曲线,复核输水系统布置合理性,并与机组厂家计算成果进行对比分析。结果表明,采用先慢后快的关闭规律,各工况极值均满足计算控制条件,输水系统布置整体合理。引水上平段末端最小压力、机组蜗壳最大压力、尾水管进口最小压力、尾水管进口最大压力、机组最大转速上升率及调压室涌浪等控制工况均满足控制值要求,且与厂家计算值较为吻合。
LThe rated head of Jixi Pumped Storage Power Station is 600m and the total installed capacity is 1800MW.The water conveyance system is divided into 3 independent hydraulic units with a total length of 2823.5m and double surge chambers upstream and downstream are set.The rationality of water conveyance system arrangement is checked by means of numerical simulation and runner characteristic curve of unit model,and compared with the calculation results of unit manufacturers.The results show that the closing law of slow first and then fast is adopted,the extreme values of each working condition satisfy the calculation control conditions,and the layout of water conveyance system is reasonable.Control conditions such as minimum pressure at the end of diversion horizontal section,maximum pressure of unit spiral case,minimum pressure at draft tube inlet,maximum pressure at draft tube inlet,maximum speed rise rate of unit and surge in surge chamber all meet the control value requirements and are in good agreement with the manufacturer's calculated values.
