摘要
为了解决水轮机调速器采用换向阀驱动导叶关闭控制所存在的结构复杂、可靠性差、关闭冲击大的问题,提出了一种新的水轮机分段关闭自动化控制系统,其以比例节流阀为核心,以自适应控制逻辑为基础,实现了对水轮机导叶关闭的自动化分段控制。根据实际应用表明,该控制系统能够根据管道内的水流状态,实现对导叶分段关闭,将关闭时的水锤效应降低了77.4%,将导叶关闭速度提升了41.6%,对提升水轮机运行稳定性和安全性具有十分重要的意义。
In order to solve the shortcomings of complex structure,poor reliability and large closing impact of hydraulic turbine governor using reversing valve-driven guide vane closing control,a new hydraulic turbine sectional closing automatic control system is proposed to realize the automatic sectional control of hydraulic turbine guide vane closing based on proportional throttle valve as the core and adaptive control logic.According to the practical application,the control system can realize the sectional closure of the guide vane according to the water flow in the pipe,reduce the water hammer effect during closure by 77.4%,and increase the closing speed of the guide vane by41.6%,which is of great significance to improve the stability and safety of hydraulic turbine operation.
