摘要
面对内容难度较大的职业英语口语教材,采用paraphrase进行课堂教学是一种较好的模式。面对英语基础能力落差较大的高职学生群体,采用分层教学是最佳选择。实证研究表明,在高职英语口语教学中进行分层paraphrase教学能够较大程度上做到因材施教,照顾到不同层次学生的学习需求,全面培养他们的兴趣和自信,从而充分地挖掘他们的潜力以提高他们的职业英语口语能力。
With difficult teaching materials of vocational spoken English, paraphrase classroom teaching is a com-paratively better mode to be employed. Confronted with a group of vocational college students in which there are big gaps in their English ability, hierarchical teaching should be the best to be chosen. The empirical study indicates hier-archical paraphrase teaching can help to teach students as individuals according to their aptitude to a greater extent, take the study requirements of different student grades into consideration, arouse their interests and develop their confi-dence so that their potential in learning vocational spoken English can be full achieved.
