摘要
当前,社会对人才较强的统筹能力有迫切的要求,因此,统筹型人才培养策略构建的社会意义十分明显,能够为学生适应社会发展要求提供巨大的推动作用。文章首先结合高等学校统筹型人才的解读,明确其含义所在,将统筹型人才培养关注的总体方向加以阐述,并围绕总体方向构建及优化统筹型人才培养策略,确保与社会人才需求方向相互适应。
The society has urgent demand for the talents of stronger coordinative ability. Therefore the construction of the cultiva- ting strategy for coordinative talents has obvious social meaning and can play a promoting role in students＇ adapting to social develop- ment demands. In this paper, firstly, according to the explanation of coordinative talent in colleges and universities, the implication is cleared, and then the focus on overall direction of coordinative talent cultivation is stated. This paper also discussed the construction of overall direction and optimizing the cultivating strategy of coordinative talents and ensured the mutual adaptation to both the social tal- ents＇ demand and cultivating direction of the coordinative talents.
