摘要
目前,我国高等教育的培养对象主要是"80后"的一代,笔者研究分析了"80后"成长的背景和特性,阐述了对"80后"的评价,提出了高等教育相应的人才培养策略。
Presently, the training objects of higher education are the generation born after 1980s. The writer analyzes the growing background and characteristic of the students born after 1980s, expatiates the evaluation on the students and puts forward the talent training strategy corresponding to the higher education.
