摘要
将协同创新思想引入复合型商科人才培养当中,基于对当前国内高等院校商科人才培养模式的分析和存在问题的总结,提出一种基于协同创新的商科人才培养模式。该培养模式包括专业课程体系设计、理论课程与实践课程的分类、针对不同课程的实践探索、建立复合型创新人才、协同创新人才培养模式的保障体系四方面。
Through introducing the idea of collaborative innovation, this study explores the compound business talents training model. Based on analysis of the current domestic universities business talents training and summarizing the problems, we propose a business talents training model based on collaborative innovation. The training mode contains four parts, including curriculum system design, theoretical courses and practical courses teaching reform, cultivating innovative talents, security system for training mode.
