摘要
目的:探讨护理与影像技术一体化管理对放射科护理质量的提高作用。方法:选取2014年7-12月收治的82例患者作为对照组,另选取2015年7-12月收治的82例患者作为观察组。对照组进行常规管理;观察组进行护理与影像技术一体化管理。观察对比两组护理质量的各项基本情况及患者对护理的满意度。结果:观察组护理质量评分(97.86±2.16)分、对比剂渗漏率0、重复扫描率2.44%、检查等待时间(1.09±0.26)h,均明显优于对照组的(90.98±1.34)分、3.66%、4.88%、(1.59±1.23)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理的满意度(100%)明显优于对照组(96.34%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施护理与影像技术一体化管理能提高放射科护理质量,值得临床推广。
Objective： To explore the effect of integrated management of nursing and imaging technology on the quality of nursing care in the department of radiology.Method： From July to December 2014, 82 patients were treated as control group, another 82 patients were selected from July to December 2015 as the observation group.Control group applied routine management; observation group applied nursing and imaging technology integration management.The basic situation of nursing quality of the two groups and patients; satisfaction with the quality of care were observed and compared.Result： The nursing quality score of the observation group was （97.86 ± 2.16）points, contrast agent leakage rate was 0, repeated scanning rate was 2.d.4%, the check waiting time was （1.09 ± 0.26）h, which were significantly better than the control group of nursing quality score （90.98 ± 1.34）points, contrast agent leakage rate 3.66%, repeated scanning rate 4.88%, the check waiting time （1.59 ± 1.23）h（P〈0.05）; nursing quality satisfaction（100%） of patients in the observation group was significantly better than the control group（96.34%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The implementation of nursing and imaging technology integration management can improve the quality of radiology nursing, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
