手术室护理人员绩效考核一体化管理的实践 被引量:25

摘要 目的:形成手术室护理人员绩效考核指标体系,并开发绩效奖励软件,为手术室管理人员对护士进行绩效考核提供科学、便捷、有效的手段。方法:通过文献回顾了解国内外手术室护理人员绩效考核现状、方法与效果;采用Delphi法对绩效考核指标进行筛选;采用计算机编程开发手术室护士绩效考核软件。结果:绩效考核一体化模式的应用提高了手术室护理质量;患者对护理工作的满意度由原来的96.30%提升至98.50%;医生对护理工作的平均满意度由91.40%上升至94.64%;护理人员职业满意度由原来的75.60%提升至100%;手术室护理管理者对护理人员进行绩效考核的时间由原来的平均(5.84±0.27)天降至(2.44±0.64)天。结论:科学系统的手术室护理绩效考核一体化管理,保证了临床护理质量,提高了患者满意度与护士职业满意度,节约了护理管理者的统计时间,提高了绩效考核的效率。 Objectives: To explore integrated nurse performance assessment software system for managing nurse staff in operating room scientifically, conveniently and effectively. Methods: We reviewed literature related to nurse performance assessment, implemented Delphi method to select appropriate performance index. At last, we developed nurse performance assessment software for managing nurse in operating room. Results Care quality improved after implementing integrated management model. Patients' satisfaction increased from 96.3% to 98.5%. The average physician's satisfaction to nursing work increased from 91.40% to 94.64%. Nurses' job satisfaction improved from 75.6% to 100%. And the average time of calculating nurses' performance by nurse manager decreased from (5.84±0.27) days to (2.44±0.64) days. Conclusions: The application of integrated nursing performance assessment model in operating room has ensured the nursing care quality, improved patients' and nurse' satisfaction, and saved nursing administrators' time in the process of performance assessment, which can improve the efficiency of performance assessment in operating room.
