摘要
目的综合分析P16、PTEN、CyclinD1在皮肤基底细胞癌附属器分化中的表达及价值。方法选取在我院2015年3月~2016年5月收治的33例皮肤基底细胞癌患者的临床资料作为研究组,再选取31例正常皮肤组织作为对照组。两组研究对象均采取免疫组织化学技术方法,利用光学显微镜检测视野,与此同时采用平均光密度值作为阳性染色评价指标,将平均值作为细胞切片的平均光密度。比较P16、PTEN、CyclinD1在皮肤基底细胞癌和正常皮肤组织中的平均光密度。结果 P16、PTEN在皮肤基底细胞癌中的平均光密度低于正常皮肤组织(P<0.05);CyclinD1在皮肤基底细胞癌中的平均光密度显著高于正常皮肤组织(P<0.05)。结论 P16、PTEN、CyclinD1可能与皮肤基底细胞癌的发生、发展有关。
Objective To comprehensive ly analyze the expression and value of P16,PTEN and CyclinD1 in adnexal differentiation of basal cell carcinoma.Methods The clinical data of 33 skin basal cell carcinoma patients from March 2015 to May 2016 treated in our hospital were selected as study group,and other 31 normal skin tissues were selected as control group.Immunohistochemical technique was used in two groups.Optical microscopy was used for visual field detection.At the same time,the average optical density was used as the evaluation index,and the average value as average optical density of cell sections.Results The average optical density of P16 and PTEN in basal cell carcinoma was lower than that in normal skin tissue (P〈0.05).The average optical density of CyclinD1 in basal cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal skin tissue (P〈0.05).Conclusion P16,PTEN and CyclinD1 may be related to the occurrence and development of basal cell carcinoma of the skin.
