摘要 目的构建护理专业本科学生临床能力的考核体系。方法采用文献资料法、理论分析法等方法作为基础框架,用德尔菲法对初次拟定的评价体系进行论证,以判断制订的临床能力考核体系是否可靠。结果所构建出的护理本科学生临床能力考核体系中包括4项一级指标和11项二级指标。第一轮专家意见中对一级指标权重赋值的变异系数分别为0.28~0.36、0.24~0.35,对二级指标权重赋值的变异系数为0.15~0.62,专家意见较为离散。第二轮专家意见对一级权重赋值的变异系数分别为0.09~0.17、0.10~0.21,对二级指标权重赋值的变异系数为0.08~0.61。第三轮专家意见中,一级指标权重赋值的变异系数分别为0.09~0.17、0.10~0.21,二级指标权重赋值的变异系数为0.00~0.45,专家意见趋于一致。结论通过对所制订的护理本科学生临床能力考核体系进行评价,发现此体系较为可靠,能够为实际应用提供合理的依据。 Objective To construct nursing undergraduate students clinical ability evaluation system. Methods Literature review method and theoretical analysis method were taken as foundation framework. Delphi method was used for demonstration of first proposed evaluation system, in order to judge the reliability of clinical ability evaluation system. Results The construction of nursing undergraduate students clinical ability evaluation system included 4 first-level in- dicators and 11 secondary-level indicators. In the first round of expert advice, the variable coefficients of first-level indicators were 0.28-0.36, 0.24-0.35, the variable coefficients of secondary-level indicators were 0.15-0.62, the experts advices were disperse. In the second round of expert opinion, the variable coefficients of first-level indicators were 0.09-0.17, 0.10-0.21, the variable coefficients of secondary-level indicators were 0.08-0.61. In the third round of expert opinion, the variable coefficients of first-level indicators were 0.09-0.17, 0.10-0.21, the variable coefficients of secondary-level indicators were 0.00-0.45, the experts advices tended to be uniform. Conclusion Through the evalua- tion of the established nursing undergraduate students clinical ability evaluation system, finds that the system is reliable, and can provide a reasonable basis for practical application.
