摘要
[目的]构建护理本科生临床实践能力客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)的考评指标。[方法]通过循证方法制定考评指标专家咨询问卷,运用Delphi专家咨询法确定护理本科生临床实践能力OSCE考评指标。对20名护理专家进行2轮咨询,并通过层次分析法计算指标的权重。[结果]2轮咨询有效回收率分别为95.2%、100.0%,专家的权威系数为0.87。2轮咨询专家意见的协调系数分别为0.452,0.536。建立了护理评估、分析与判断、护理干预、健康教育4个考站共36个考评指标。[结论]构建的护理本科生临床实践能力OSCE考评指标可为护理本科生临床实践能力考评提供客观、可量化的考评标准。
Objective:To establish the objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)evaluation indexes of clinical practice ability for nursing undergraduates.Methods:The questionnaire of expert consultation was developed through evidence-based method.Delphi method was used to determine the OSCE evaluation indexes for clinical practice among nursing undergraduates.There were two rounds of consultation with 20 nursing experts.The weight of each index was calculated by the analytic hierarchy process.Results:The response rates in the two rounds of consultation were 95.2% and 100.0%,respectively.The expert authority coefficient was 0.87.The coordination coefficients of the two rounds of consultation were 0.452 and 0.536,respectively.A total of 36 evaluation indexes within four exam stations,including nursing evaluation,analysis and judgment,nursing intervention and health education,were established.Conclusion:The established OSCE evaluation indexes of clinical practice for nursing undergraduates could provide the objective and quantifiable standards for clinical practice evaluation among nursing undergraduates.
