摘要
采用二极管泵浦的Nd:YAG固体激光器对连杆衬套内表面进行微造型凹坑加工。在摩擦磨损试验机上进行了摩擦磨损性能试验。结果表明,与未造型试件在重载高速工况条件下相比,激光微造型试件的摩擦因数降低20%,磨损量降低53%。这说明激光微造型试件内表面凹坑具有贮油、积屑和动压润滑作用。
The texturing groove processing for connecting rod bushing surface were produced by diode-pumped solid-state Nd: YAG laser. The friction and wear experiments were carried out on friction and wear test machine. The results show that the friction coefficient of laser-structured specimen reduces by 20% and the amount of wear reduces by 53% , compared with unstructured specimens under higher speed and heavy load, which indicate that the inner surface groove of laser-structured specimen can act as lubricant reservoir as well as traps for wear debris and generate hydrodynamic lubrication.
