摘要
采用理论与试验相结合的方法,研究了连杆衬套旋压成形过程中主要参数(减薄率、进给比、退火温度)对工件性能的影响。按正交试验方案进行了数控强力旋压。对试件进行了退火处理,测量并计算了试件的壁厚差、扩径量,测量了布氏硬度和强度。结果表明:旋压成形工艺参数对连杆衬套的扩径量、强度影响的主次顺序为:减薄率>退火温度>进给比。
The influences of the main parameters (thinning ratio, feed ratio and annealing temperature) on the performance of the connecting rod bushing spinning forming process were studied by using the method of combination of theory and experiment. According to the orthogonal test method, the numerical control power spinning was carried out. The annealing treatment of the specimens was carried out. The difference of wall thickness and expanding diameter of the specimen were measured and calculated. Hardness and strength were measured. The results show that the primary and secondary order of the influence of the spinning forming process parameters on expanding and strength of the connecting rod busing is the thinning rote〉the annealing temperature〉the feed ratio.
