摘要
研究了电光调Q及Cr4+:YAG被动Q开关的二极管泵浦Nd:YAG激光器,获得了11mJ的电光调Q及被动Q开关激光脉冲,Q开关效率分别为75%和32%。以Cr4+:YAG被动Q开关的激光器为基础,研制了二极管泵浦的Nd:YAG激光测距机样机。以<3mJ的激光脉冲,无发射天线压缩发射,采用等效口径为Φ26mm的接收天线。在~3Km的能见度下,实现了339Km的测距。最大测程为47Km(5Km能见度),整机工作频率为16pps,自然传导冷却。
Qswitched,diode pumped Nd:YAG lasers have been achieved through E-O Q-switch and passive Qswitch with Cr4+:YAG as saturable absorber.The giant pulse outputs were 11mJ,respectively with the Qswitching efficiencies of 75% and 32.3%.Based on the passive QSwitched laser head,a laser rangefinder prototype has been developed with effective receiver aperture of 26mm and without transmitter optics.
