摘要 针对重载高速且换向频繁的取料机料耙传动机构,提出了"恒压泵+比例阀+压力补偿器"的液压系统改造方案,并利用AMEsim软件实现系统动态特性仿真。结果表明,所设计的液压传动系统在大惯量负载作用下仅有较小的液压冲击,且负载越大系统运行越平稳,为类似设备液压系统改造提供理论参考。 The driving mechanism of reclaimer rake usually has characteristics such as overload and reversing frequentin some high speed. The paper proposes one kind of reconstruction scheme for hydraulic system whose nameis constant pressure pump and proportional valve and pressure compensator. A hydraulic system modeling and dynamiccharacteristics simulation method by AMESim software are proposed at the same time. The results show thatthe designing of hydraulic driving system meets the working requirements. The shock of hydraulic system is moresmall with some larger inertia hydraulic load, and the hydraulic system runs more smoothly. It provides theory referencefor similar hydraulic system.
