摘要
目的通过对老年脑卒中患者养老需求以及影响因素进行调查,为老年脑卒中患者探寻医疗照护及养老方式,为中国积极应对老龄化问题提供理论依据。方法对河南省部分医院就诊的老年脑卒中患者的养老需求情况及其影响因素进行问卷调查。结果共纳入972名老年脑卒中患者。首选社区养老者占40.60%,首选家庭养老者占35.40%,将居家养老作为首选者占13.30%,首选机构养老者占8.60%。每月养老支出选择1000~2000元的人数最多,占47.74%。服务方式方面,医疗康复536人(55.14%),基本医疗服务(27.16%)和人性化照顾(10.29%)。对养老机构关心的因素为:价格、服务质量和医疗条件。文化程度、婚姻、健康满意度、有无个人收入、有无医保、城乡、吃饭及打电话自理情况8个变量对养老方式的选择有影响。结论脑卒中患者养老呈现多元化需求模式,需要大力发展多种养老模式。
Objective To study the requirements for endowment pattern of aged stroke patients in our province, and to provide evidence for aging care and endowment as well as coping with the problem of aging. Methods Investigation was conducted to the aged stroke patients by questionnaires. Results Of the 972 aged stroke persons, 40.60%, 35.40%, 13.30% ,8. 60% chose community, family, mostly family, institution for the first choice, respectively. 1000 ~ 2000 yuan was 47.74% of the participants＇ acceptable fee. 55.14%, 27.16%, 10. 29% of the patient considered medical rehabilitation, basic medical care thoughtful care, respectively, were their concern for aging institution. Price, quality of service, and medical service were their concerns for the aging institution. Factors influencing the choice of endowment pattern were education level, marriage status, level of health satisfaction, income, mode of payment of medicine, rural/ urban, and whether they could take care of themselves. Conclusion Diversified pension has been demand by aged stroke patients, so communities, institutions and other patterns of pension should be developed.
