摘要
目的早期康复护理对药物治疗非外伤性脑梗死患者预后及治疗时间的影响,为临床护理方式的选择提供参考。方法 127例采用药物治疗的非外伤性脑梗死患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(64例)和对照组(63例)。观察组予以早期康复护理,对照组予以常规护理。比较两组疗效及治疗时间。结果观察组总有效率87.5%高于对照组73.0%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=4.213,P<0.05)。观察组患者语言功能评分(78.9±12.5)分高于对照组(69.5±12.6)分,差异具有统计学意义(t=4.220,P<0.05)。观察组生活自理能力良好率29.7%高于对照组14.3%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=4.382,P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗时间(32.6±8.5)d,短于对照组(41.5±7.8)d,差异具有统计学意义(t=6.145,P<0.05)。结论早期康复护理用于药物治疗非外伤性脑梗死能够改善预后,缩短治疗时间,临床具有推广价值。
Objective To explore the influence of early rehabilitation nursing on prognosis and treatment time for patients with nontraumatic cerebral infarction treated by drug therapy to provide reference for ways of clinical nursing method. Methods A total of 127 patients with nontraumatic cerebral infarction treated by drug therapy as study subjects were divided by random number table method into observation group（64 cases） and control group（63 cases）. The observation group received early rehabilitation nursing, the control group received conventional nursing. Comparison were made on curative effect and treatment time in two groups. Results The observation group had total effective rate as 87.5%, which was higher than 73.0% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（χ^2=4.213, P〈0.05）. The observation group had language function score as（78.9±12.5） points, which was higher than（69.5±12.6） points in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（t=4.220, P〈0.05）. The observation group had good rates in self-care ability of daily living as 29.7%, which was higher than 14.3% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（χ~2=4.382, P〈0.05）. The observation group had shorter treatment time as（32.6±8.5） d than（41.5±7.8） d in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（t=6.145, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing can improve prognosis and shorten treatment time in patients with nontraumatic cerebral infarction treated by drug therapy, and it has promotion value in clinic.
