摘要
积极探索有效的创新教育模式成为我国高等教育教学改革的主流趋势,"助研计划"是一项以科研创新为核心,师生科研团队建立为框架,高校科研平台为支撑的一项创新性培养人才模式。实践证明,通过在高等医药院校建立这种集培养本科生科研创新能力与增强科研团队实力于一体的教学研模式,有助于推动高校创新教育的改革发展,有助于为社会培养具有创新思维的医学复合型人才,具有一定的应用和推广价值。
Positive exploration of effective innovation education model has become the mainstream trend of higher education teaching reform in China, ＂research assistant plan＂ is a scientific research core, scientific research team of teachers and students, a innovative training talent model supported by scientific research platform. The practice shows that the teach-learnstudy model of cultivating undergraduates＇ scientific research innovation ability and strengthening scientific research team in higher medical colleges can help to promote the reform and development of innovation education in colleges and universities, can cultivate innovative medical compound talents for society, has certain application and promotion value.
