摘要
目的培养适合于新的护理模式需要的新型护理人才,从实习期间注重其科研能力的培养。方法采用自行设计的护生科研能力调查问卷,对在院实习期间护理本科实习生进行问卷调查。结果护理本科实习生对护理科研没有明确认识,缺乏相关知识,通过系统指导护生科研水平显著提高。结论通过一系列措施提高护理本科护生科研能力的举措十分必要。
Objective To develop new nursing personnel to meet the needs of new nursing models and focus on research capacity during the period of clinical practices. Methods The self-designed questionnaire research capability of nursing students was conducted. Results The nursing undergraduate interns were not clear about understanding of nursing research and the lack of relevant knowledge. Conclusion It is necessary for clinical teaching hospital to take some measures to enhance the research capability of nursing undergraduates.
