摘要
通过研究注塑模架及配套零件的装配特点,借鉴参数化设计思想,提出了模具参数化装配方案。基于CATIA平台及已有的模具零件库,利用CAA(Component Application Architecture)二次开发技术,实现了注塑模具连续装配功能,将离散的设计装配过程串联起来,有效地提高了模具整体设计效率。
By studying the characteristics of assembly of injection mould base and supporting mould parts, a parametric assembly scheme was proposed according to the parametric design method.
