摘要
针对航空机翼翼梁设计建模过程复杂,传统的三维软件不能解决其快速建模问题,利用CAA(Component Application Architecture)对CATIA进行二次开发,提出了一种机翼翼梁的快速建模方法。通过对机翼翼梁的种类划分、构件要素、参数化建模以及变型设计的封装,建立了机翼翼梁三维模型的快速设计模板,根据实际需求,拾取相应的建模构件要素,选择所需要的机翼翼梁,实现了快速建模。结果表明,机翼翼梁快速建模系统能够建立精确优质的三维模型,提高设计效率,为翼梁的仿真分析及制造提供了有力的保障。
For the complex modeling process of the wing beam design on aircraft wings,because Traditional three-dimensional software can't be used to deal with the rapid modeling problem. So using CAA to carry on the two development to CATIA,the rapid modeling method was put forward. By means of these process which include the division of modeling type on the wing beam of aircraft wings,component elements,the parametric modeling and the packaging of variant design,the rapid design template of three-dimensional model on the wing beam was built,according to the actual demand,picking up the corresponding modeling component elements and selecting the desired wing,the rapid modeling was achieved. The result showed that the rapid modeling system of the wing beam can be used to build precise and superior three-dimensional model and improve the designing efficiency. Which are better guarantee for the wing beam simulation analysis and manufacture.
