摘要
以硅钢冷轧板为对象,利用CAA辅助软件研究其在不同退火温度下的再结晶组织、电磁性能和再结晶织构间的关系。结果表明,退火温度越高,Goss和立方织构的强度越大,γ纤维织构强度越低;退火温度的升高可减小再结晶织构因子,退火板磁感应强度增强,且各向异性降低;与轧制方向的夹角增加,试验钢各向异性增强,磁化难度增大。
Taking cold-rolled silicon steel plate as the research object, the relationship between the recrystallization microstructures, electronic magneto properties and the steel recrystallization texture under different annealing temperatures was studied using CAA software. The results show that the higher annealing temperatures, the greater the intensity of Goss and cubic texture, but the weaker the γ fiber texture; the raise of annealing temperatures can cause the decrease of recrystallization texture factors of test steels, the increase of magnetic induction intensity and the decline of anisotropy;when increasing the intersection angle along the rolling direction, the anisotropy of test steels increases with the increase of steel's magnetization difficulties.
