摘要
分析机械制造基础课程教学中车削加工重要性,探讨车削立方体零件,获得外圆柱表面、外圆锥表面及内孔表面的三维仿真方法。运用Solid Works软件,建立车刀及车床组件三维模型,车削立方体零件装配体模型,探讨四爪卡盘装夹时,立方体工件轴心与回转中心重合及不重合状态下,车削外圆柱表面的三维仿真实现方法;为表现不同表面车削加工原理的异同,探讨车削立方体零件外圆锥表面和内孔表面的三维仿真实现方法,为仿真动画在机械制造基础课程教学中的推广打下基础。
Having analyzed the importance of turning method, 3D simulation methods of getting cylindrical surface, conical surface and inner surface. Using SolidWorks software, the 3D model of lathe components and lathe tool and the assembly model are built. Clamped by the four-claw Chuck, cutting method for the cylindrical surface of the cubic part are simulated separately, while the cubic part axis coincide or not coincide with the rotation center. Furthermore, 3D simulation for turning the conical surface and inner surface on the cubic part are discussed. This will help the simulation technology apply into the mechanical manufacture foundation teaching.
