摘要
目的对尖叶假龙胆全草中环烯醚萜苷类成分进行进一步分离与鉴定。方法应用大孔吸附树脂、硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱及制备型高效液相色谱法对尖叶假龙胆全草中环烯醚萜苷类成分进行分离,并通过理化性质与核磁共振波谱数据对分离出的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从尖叶假龙胆体积分数70%乙醇提取物中分离并鉴定了7个单体成分,分别为secologanol(1)、secologanoside(2)、secoxyloganin(3)、swertiamarin(4)、eustomoside(5)、6'-O-β-D-glucopyranosylsweroside(6)、6'-O-β-D-glucopyranosylgentiopicroside(7)。结论从尖叶假龙胆全草中分离鉴定了7个环烯醚萜苷类化合物。其中,化合物1、3、6和7为首次从假龙胆属中分离得到,化合物2和5为首次从尖叶假龙胆植物中分离得到。
Gentianella acuta ( Michx. ) Hulten belongs to Gentianaceae family. During the course of studying constituents from the whole plant of it, through the application of D101 macroreticular resin, silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatorgraphy and PHPLC, seven compounds, secologanol ( 1 ), secologanoside (2), secoxyloganin ( 3 ), swertiamarin ( 4 ), eustomoside ( 5 ), 6'- O-β-D-glucopyranosylsweroside ( 6 ), and 6 '- O-β-D-glucopyranosylgentiopicroside(7) were isolated, and the structures were elucidated by the physicochemical property and spectral data. Among them, compounds 1,3,6, and 7 were isolated from Gentianella genus for the first time, and 2,5 were obtained from this species firstly.
