摘要
社会工作专业与社会工作专业教育是结伴而生、一起发展的。社会工作专业教育是社会工作发展中的重要组成部分,知识结构又属于社会工作专业教育中最基础和重要的一部分。通过查阅相关的文献,以及对我国当前社会工作专业教育的知识结构目前状况进行了解,发现其中的阻碍与问题,思考如何更好地推进当前我国社会工作专业教育,对于一个社会工作者来说显得尤为必要与重要。本文搜集整理了近十年来的社会工作专业教育知识结构相关研究文献,分别从社会工作专业教育知识结构现状、不同教育层次的社会工作专业教育知识结构、不同实务领域的社会工作专业教育知识结构、社会工作专业教育知识结构的本土化四个方面进行文献综述。
The education of social work was merging with professional social work and they tend to evolve in tandem. The professional education of social work occupies an important part of the de- velopment of social work. While knowledge structure plays the most basic and critical role in the education of social work. Investigating the current situation of the knowledge structure of the present social professional work in China through consulting relevant literature, then figuring out how to promote the education of professional social work better according to the existing issues and obstacles,it is of ultimate importance to social workers. This paper has collected nearly ten years of research literature that involves in knowledge structure of the education of professional social work,and discussed respectively from four aspects that including current knowledge struc- ture of professional social work, knowledge structure with different levels and with various prac- tice in the field of professional social work education,and the localization of knowledge structure of professional social work education.
