摘要
实习是社会工作专业人才培养的重要环节,但是当前缺乏从职业要求出发设计实习模式,导致人才培养与就业要求之间存在一定程度的脱节。采用扎根理论对社会工作招聘信息进行质性研究并建构出社会工作职业要求模型,以此为导向形成了包含志愿服务、实验室实训、项目制实习和实习基地实习在内的整合性实习体系。在该体系中,通过分阶段完成实习任务,帮助学生逐级获得价值理念培养、专业知能训练、项目能力锻炼和职业素养全面实践,推动学生成长为满足社会工作职业要求的专业人才。
Practice is an important part of the training of social work professionals.But the current lack of the design of practice mode from the vocational requirement results in a certain degree of disconnection between talent training and employment requirements.Oriented by social work occupational requirements model,this paper constructs an integrated practice system by using Grounded Theory,which includes four stages:volunteer service,laboratory training,project practice mode and practice base.By completing all the tasks of the integrated internship system,students can exercise their values,professional knowledge and ability,project ability and professional accomplishment.Ultimately,students will grow up to be qualified professionals.
