摘要
专业实习对于培养社会工作专业大学生的专业技能和专业价值观,具有极为重要的意义。本文以北京H社会工作事务所为个案,采用参与观察的方法对该机构内的四名大学实习生进行了为期三个月的深入访谈,以文化主位的视角展现社会工作专业大学生在H社会工作事务所实习过程中的适应与成长,以及遇到的矛盾与问题。最后对该个案的典型性、研究视角和研究关系进行了深刻反思。
Professional practices of social work are vital to the cultivation of professional techniques and professional values for social work students. Based on a case study on a social work office in Beijing by participant observation and in- depth interviews for three months. the paper shows the adaptation and progress of the trainees, the conflicts between the social work office and the trainees, in emic views, which the four college students of social work have gone through during the period of professional practices. Finally, the research also reflects on the typicality of the case study, the angle of the research and the relationship between the researcher and the trainee of the social work office.
