摘要  本文在社会工作专业教育是实践取向教育、以学习者为本、经验学习、社会工作要本土化等理念指导下,将社会工作专业教育、高等职业教育和中国的国情相结合,探索出由课程实践、隐性课程实践、认知实习、综合实习和农村社会工作实习构成的一个社会工作专业实践教学模式,该模式在制度、基地、经费、督导、质量监控等方面保障下,运行良好,取得显著成效,为社会培养了大批优秀中国本土社会工作专业人才。 Following the ideas that practice is the leading factor in the subject education of social work, that putting the learners first in the teaching,that learning through practice is the essential way and that social work is to be localized,this paper combines social work professional education with higher vocational education and with the national conditions and studies a mode of practice teaching for the special field of social work composed by coures practice,recessive course practice,know-how fieldwork,comprehensive fieldwork and social work practice in countryside.This mode functions smoothly as secured by the institution,the base for practice,the funds,the supervision and the quality control,which helps to have lots of Chinese localized social work qualified personnel to be trained.
