摘要
高校的教学模式面临改革急需由原来的灌输式教学变革为个性化教学,特别是管理类课程,其内容复杂且与实际联系紧密,翻转课堂的教学模式为学生的个性化学习创造了条件,其模式更加丰富了教学形式和教学内容。为充分激发学生个性化学习热情以《采购与供应管理》课程为例,将翻转课堂模式与课程结合,提出该课程教学模式的设计,为个性化学习的教学模式设计提供参考。
Providing the students the condition and environment for individualized learning, the flipped classroom teaching mode has greatly enriched the form and content of university education. In this paper, in order to fully stimulate the interest of the students for individualized learning and with the Purchasing and Supply Management course as the example, we combined the flipped classroom mode with the teaching practice of this course and designed the flipped classroom teaching mode for the Purchasing and Supply Management course.
