摘要
无论是人乳还是动物分泌的乳汁中均含有低聚糖,但关于牛乳中低聚糖的功能性研究却鲜有研究。从组成及生物活性方面对人乳低聚糖(HMO)和牛乳低聚糖(BMO)进行了比较,在现今大力倡导母乳喂养的社会背景下,正确认识人乳低聚糖的同时,为全面提升和改善牛乳低聚糖作为替代品及其他功能性制品的研究提供理论依据。
Both human milk and animal milk contained oligosaccharides. The aspects of the composition and biological activity of the HMO and BMO were compared in this paper. On the background of breast feeding which was strongly advocated in this period, made correct understanding of the human milk oligosaccharides, we could enhance and improve bovine milk oligosaccharides as alternatives of human milk oligosaccharides and other functional products, to provide theoretical basis for correlational research.
